The Challenge

客户 LED 器件在 1,000 小时老化测试中出现异常光衰(超过 8%),远高于行业 3% 的典型水平。分析发现焊接后助焊剂残留未彻底清除,残留物在器件工作温度下发生黄变并吸收光能量。

Our Solution

长先推荐使用 CX-CL-W10 水基清洗剂配合超声波清洗工艺,在 50°C、3 分钟条件下彻底去除助焊剂残留,并增加纯水漂洗与热风干燥环节确保无残留。

The Result

1,000 小时老化测试光衰由 8.2% 降至 1.9%,优于行业水平。客户同步将该清洗工艺推广至其他 LED 产品线,产品一次通过率整体提升约 4 个百分点。
